Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 2026 • Compliant with GDPR & CCPA Regulations

1. Introduction & Core Philosophy

At Temp Gmail OTP Engine ("we", "us", or "our"), privacy is the core architecture of our service, not an afterthought. This Privacy Policy governs your use of our temporary public email receiving platform.

Our service is intentionally engineered with a Zero-Trace Architecture. We do not require registration, personal details, phone numbers, or credit cards.

2. Ephemeral Data & 5-Minute IMAP Deletion Protocol

Incoming emails delivered to our public Gmail accounts are held in an ephemeral memory cache for a maximum lifetime of 5 minutes (300 seconds).

Once 5 minutes have elapsed:

  • Our automated worker connects to Google Mail servers via TLS IMAP.
  • The email message UID is flagged as \Deleted.
  • An IMAP EXPUNGE command is executed, permanently destroying the message from Google's physical servers.
  • All cached records, OTP tokens, and MIME bodies are deleted from our database.

3. Public Inbox Nature & Sensitive Information

Please note that the Gmail addresses provided on this website are publicly accessible temporary mailboxes. Anyone viewing the same mailbox address may see incoming messages while they exist during their 5-minute lifespan.

Do not use this service for:

  • Banking, financial services, or cryptocurrency wallet password resets.
  • Receiving private personal communications or confidential legal documents.
  • Any account where continuous, long-term email recovery is required.

4. Anonymous Analytics & Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies to profile individual visitors. We collect anonymized, aggregated traffic data (such as anonymized IP hashes and country code headers) strictly to monitor server uptime and load distribution.

5. GDPR & CCPA Rights

Because we do not collect, retain, or monetize personal identifiable information (PII), there is no personal data profile retained on our systems to request or erase. All incoming message data self-destructs within 5 minutes.
